Terms and Conditions of Entry
Competition: The Clinical Trials
Promoter: Bossa Studios Limited (“Bossa”)
Statement of fairness and responsibility: this giveaway follows and complies with every section of the UK advertising standards authority non-broadcast rulebook.
Safety: the Promoter believes all items available in this giveaway are safe and should cause no harm to consumers or their property.
Alcoholic drinks are not featured in this giveaway.
It is the Promoters belief that there are no socially undesirable elements to this giveaway that would cause excessive consumption or irresponsible use.
No purchase required: no purchase or another requirement is placed on the participant other than they have to be playing the Surgeon Simulator 2 game. There is a limit of one (1) prize per player. Prizes are not transferable, and no substitution of prizes for cash or other goods is permitted. If for any reason an advertised prize is unavailable, Bossa reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize.
Bossa’s decisions on the winners of prizes based on skill based criteria and timings are final and binding.
Adequate resources: the Promoter believes they have put in place adequate resources to operate this promotion fairly and responsibly.
Notification: participants should be notified as soon as possible by email regarding their score time.
Marketing communications: participants should receive no marketing communications from the Promoter or any other third party involved with the giveaway.
Privacy and Publicity. If you participate in this Competition you consent to Bossa processing any personal information collected [Name, email address, mailing address] in accordance with Bossa’s Privacy & Cookie Policy which can be found at https://bossastudios.com/privacy You also consent to use of your legal name, social media account handles and/or Epic Games Store username for promotional purposes.
Licence. By entering this Competition you expressly grant Bossa the non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, complete, sub-licensable and irrevocable right to quote, re-post, publish, use, adapt, translate, archive, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, syndicate, license, print, sublicense, distribute, transmit, broadcast and otherwise communicate, and publicly display and perform your entry, or any portion thereof in any manner or form, without notice, payment or attribution of any kind. You agree not to assert any moral or similar rights you may have in your entry.
General Conditions. Bossa reserves the right to cancel, suspect or modify the competition (or any part of it) if fraud, technical failure, human error or any other problem impairs its proper operation. This competition is governed by the laws of England & Wales.
How to participate: participants need to be playing the Surgeon Simulator 2 game.
Details of promotion:- [ On Monday 9th November Bossa Studios will add five levels to Surgeon Simulator 2: Cash Grab, Hand Ball-oon, Super Sausage Shredder, Go The Limb-it! and Tower Shower. Players may play these levels as many times as they wish to get the best score possible. They must then record their best score on video and send it to us at the following link as proof of their achievement: bossa.games/SS2TrialsForm. Bossa will view all valid submissions and contact the highest scorer for each challenge after the closing date for entry. The winner of Cash Grab, Hand Ball-oon, Super Sausage Shredder and Go The Limb-it! levels will win a branded controller, a bobblehead figurine and a pin badge. The winner of the Hand Ball-oon will receive the unique Surgeon Simulator 2 Clinical Trials Trophy in addition to the branded controller, bobblehead figurine and pin badge.
